Billing for each aquarium / pond is different depending on many variables including but not limited to, the system size, species requirements for each system, location, etc. Supplies such as those needed for filter media replacement, water conditioning, and agreed upon client suggested add-ons to the existing systems at the time of the maintenance service visit are an additional charge to the labor involved to perform water changes, cleaning of the filter devices, adjustments to the layout, etc. Feeding of any fish, as well as, applying animal or plant care supplements to the aquarium are not part of the regular maintenance unless we are contracted to do so (i.e. as in the case of daily maintenance service).
All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight® in insulated boxes with heat or ice packs when needed, at a flat rate of $50 per order. Combined shipping is available on orders placed within the same week. You will receive an email with tracking information prior to your order shipping so you can make arrangements to sign for your order. If you are unable to receive your order on the date specified, please contact us so we can make other arrangements. We only ship within the within the Continental United States.

Please be aware that:
– We are not liable for shipping delays due to inclement weather, and/or any other shipping liability.
– We are not liable for delays caused by shipping companies.
– We are not liable for any damages that might occur while your items are in transit/ en-route for delivery.
DOA POLICY: If for any reason your coral is DOA (dead on arrival), you will need to send us a clear digital picture of your coral within 2 hours of delivery. Our team will review it and at our discretion replace items or issue store credit. *We Will Not Accept Any Live Items Returned or Shipped Back To Us. DOA due to shipping delays or damages caused by FedEx will NOT be covered under our DOA policy. We may ask to allow 2-3 weeks for stressed or damaged corals to be evaluated for DOA. Many corals bounce back and begin to quickly recover from shipping stress. If possible, we will ship replacement coral with another order.
There are no refunds or returns on any coral shipped – only credit to be used on a future order. In the event that a coral is showing signs of stress or issues prior to shipping – the customer will be notified & Bio-Fusion Designs reserves the right to hold the coral for observation to be cleared for shipping or a refund will be issued for the coral order that has been placed.
There is no refund on shipping charges except in the rare event we have to cancel the order due to issues with the coral ordered in which it cannot be shipped & the ordered fulfilled successfully.
All purchases assume the customer has intermediate to advanced reefing experience. We are not responsible for errors in acclimation, general care (over or under lighting, water flow, water chemistry, temperature, or inter species coral aggression). Please ask if you are unsure.
All corals sold on the site are WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get). Differences in lighting and aquarium conditions of the customer may produce variances in how the coral may look during acclimation and after it is received.
Please do not throw out any coral. Your credit may depend on pictures of the expired coral, or we may request coral skeletons be sent back to us.
Once the transaction is completed on-line – that sale must go through & there are no cancellations of the order.
Charge backs for the entire shipment including shipping with out contacting us via email are illegal and will be prosecuted for fraud.
We can only ship to the billing address and to the cardholder.
