Sales Tax
Bio-Fusion Designs is required to collect a 7% NYS sales tax on all orders shipped with a delivery address in the state of New York.

Shipping Information
Shipping charges are flat rate of $45.  Local Pick-up available – Please contact us to arrange a pick-up time for your order. Shipping only applies to orders shipped via UPS/FedEx shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. 

International Orders
Bio-Fusion Designs regrets that we cannot ship to other countries at this time.

Livestock Policy

All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight® in insulated boxes with heat or ice packs when needed.  Combined shipping is available on orders placed within the same week.  You will receive an email with tracking information prior to your order shipping. If you are unable to receive your order on the date specified, please contact us so we can make other arrangements.

DOA POLICY: If for any reason your coral is DOA (dead on arrival), you will need to send us a clear digital picture of your coral within 2 hours of delivery. Our team will review it and at our discretion replace items or issue store credit. DOA due to shipping delays or damages caused by FedEx will NOT be covered under our DOA policy. We may ask to allow 2-3 weeks for stressed or damaged corals to be evaluated for DOA.  Many corals bounce back and begin to quickly recover from shipping stress.  If possible, we will ship replacement coral with another order.

There are no refunds or returns on any coral shipped – only credit to be used on a future order.  In the event that a coral is showing signs of stress or issues prior to shipping – the customer will be notified & Bio-Fusion Designs reserves the right to hold the coral for observation to be cleared for shipping or a refund will be issued for the coral order that has been placed.

There is no refund on shipping charges except in the rare event we have to cancel the order due to issues with the coral ordered in which it cannot be shipped & the ordered fulfilled successfully.

All purchases assume the customer has intermediate to advanced reefing experience.  We are not responsible for errors in acclimation, general care (over or under lighting, water flow, water chemistry, temperature, or inter species coral aggression).  Please ask if you are unsure. 

All corals sold on the site are WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get).  Differences in lighting and aquarium conditions of the customer may produce variances in how the coral may look during acclimation & after it is received.

Please do not throw out any coral.  Your credit may depend on pictures of the expired coral, or we may request coral skeletons be sent back to us.

Once the transaction is completed on-line – that sale must go through & there are no cancellations of the order.

Charge backs for the entire shipment including shipping with out contacting us via email are illegal and will be prosecuted for fraud.

We can only ship to the billing address and to the cardholder.

Secure Orders Online
Orders placed on Bio-Fusion Designs website are completely secure and our customer information is kept private. All credit card and personal information provided to us is transmitted securely using the industry standard SSL encryption.

Privacy Policy
When you purchase or order a product from Bio-Fusion Designs, or register on our website to receive catalogs, we will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information. We will also maintain a record of your product purchases. In addition, we may need to contact you via phone or email to address questions or issues specific to your order.
